
Located on a hill at the highest point of Santiago de Chile's Parque Araucano, two yellow cubes are surrounded by native trees and animals. To access it, people must use a series of wooden paths - target, that a design element get the visitors at a slower pace to adapt to open multi-sensory perceptions as well to new. In addition to native plants and bushes, the project includes its very own corn field, that color will match the Pavilion, as soon as the corn begins to grow.
Designed for the perception of children and adults, the Pavilion offers also an enclosed garden, a grotto and a labyrinth. One of the rooms even has its own swimming pool, with atmospheric conditions when the fresh install one is to change the warm summer days in Chile.
The garden of forking paths is the winner of the young architects program 2013 for Santiago de Chile.
